EBS-1500 offers exceptional flexibility in terms of print configuration. Two kinds of drivers, five kinds of 7D (7 nozzles), 16D, 25D, 32D, 64D printheads, having common or stand-alone ink tanks, so that each head can print with different ink color .
The system allows you to increase the size of the print on large products so that the markings can be read even at a long distance – this is possible by combining prints from multiple heads into one large print.
For example, dual 64D heads can achieve characters as high as 232mm.Reasonable purchase price, low power consumption and low consumption of consumables create new quality in large-scale printer segment.

Unlimited configurability

As standard, the printheads and drivers are manufactured in strength class IP54. Depending on the connection cables used, all printing systems can be configured in class IP40 (the cheapest) or IP54.

The print-heads depend on each other, i.e. the printing by all print-heads is released by a shared photo-detector and timed by a shared internal generator or an external shaft-encoder.

Maximum power consumption of printing system is conditioned by:

  •  number and types of print-head connected (number of nozzles)
  •  print rate and intensity,
  •  coverage ratio, i.e. the number of dots printed in proportion to the maximum number of dots resulting from multiplying the print length (a number of rows) by the maximum print height
